VSP offers allowances for contact lenses, frames, and even non-prescription sunglasses for those who have had laser vision correction. LibreDigital pays 100% of your premium for employee-only coverage.
TAX ADVANTAGED ACCOUNTS
FSA – Use up to $3500 pre-tax through a Flexible Spending Account or $5000 on a dependant care account.
HSA – Use this medical savings plan when paired with the HDHP medical plan. Up to $5950 per year can be pre-tax (family)

After 90 days of employment, you’re eligible to contribute up to $16,500 per year in a 401(k). All contributions are vested immediately.

LibreDigital pays for a short-term and longterm disability policy on your behalf. Each pays 60% of your base salary.
LIFE INSURANCE
LibreDigital also pays for a group life insurance policy on your behalf. It covers you at 1x base salary.
